Hi, Guys! I’ll be booking two rooms under my name when we go to POFQ. Any tips to getting these rooms relatively close to one another (I don’t need adjoining rooms (too much love). Also, will I fax two separate TP requests? Thanks!
I’d suggest including the confirmation numbers for both rooms on one request (you can do so in the text of the request). That should make it easier on the room assigner (and thus, more likely that you will get what you want). If you specifically do not want adjoining rooms, then I would also state that in the request.
For MDE/FPP purposes, you’ll probably want the correct people’s names on each room. Why would both be under your name? You can request that they be nearby but not connecting; they can ‘link’ the reservations in their system.
