Not exactly. Any one plan can only deal with one park at a time. You have to make a half-day plan for each park. This site has several one-day/two-parks plans - with a Part 1 for the first park and a Part 2 for the second one. Universal Studios FL Touring Plans for Adults. It has a link to a Wizarding World plan, but only one part. You can search to find the right plans. Part 1 is at Wizarding World One-Day/Two-Park Plan PART 1. Part 2 is at Wizarding World One-Day/Two-Park Plan PART 2.
