I am wondering what people’s experience has been using the room request service on TouringPlans. This is our first time using it, and I’m a little nervous about leaving it in the hands of someone else and not seeing the confirmation on my own fax machine. Is there any benefit from the fax coming from me our TouringPlans? When TouringPlans makes your room request on our behalf, do they send us any confirmation that it was sent? Thanks!
