I have a friend who will be in need of a scooter rental for 10 days in Anaheim at the best cost possible. I have NO experience with this at all. It looks like onsite is more expensive and maybe you can’t even use it at DTD? I would appreciate any advice/suggestions.
Can’t take any Disney rentals to DTD. I have no experience but @Jack has used Apple Scooters for his friend.

We used Cloud of Goods for my mom and they were great. They dropped the scooter off at the hotel and picked it up. They were cheaper than renting Disneys and had the benefit that you could use them all over, not just in the resorts. We made sure to ask for the 4 wheel since the 3 wheeled ones tip very easily.
