When we were at WDW in May, I purchased a ball cap with Mickey on it. After just a few wears, the strap on it broke and cannot be fixed. I contacted Disney and they sent a gift card for the value of the hat. I have looked at shop Disney and do not see the hat on the site. Is there a way to contact the World of Disney store directly to see if I can purchase a replacement?
