We are trying to download our photos from Wild Africa Trek, and are funning into problems.

When I choose to download the zip file for all the photos, it downloads. But when I attempt to open the zip files, it won’t open. If I try to put input the zip file into my Photos (Mac), it gives me a error message the the file isn’t compatible and it won’t import them.

Anyone have any idea?

Well that doesn’t sound fun at all :-/

I’m sorry to say I don’t have any suggestions. I think they have a help line?

I found this article for opening a zip file on the Mac. I haven’t tried it, though.

Sorry I can’t help; I have Windows and had no problem opening the zip file… I’d call tech support.
