I saw an email address earlier where we could reach out for assistance with TP problems but now cant find it. Essentially, the WDW website says that for Wed. 4/19, AK is open until 9:30 pm, but the TP website says it will only be open until 7 pm. Therefore, it won’t let me add Rivers of Light to the plan (since the first ROL show happens at 8:30). Thanks!
This was announced in the past 24 hours. The site isn’t updated yet. My bet is try again later today or tomorrow, and you won’t have any problems.
I agree to give them a day or two but but you can email at: webmaster@touringplans.com. That is where I would start?
Ah, got it. Thanks. Just want to make sure I can modify before I need to select my FP+ choices (which I can do starting this Monday).
Even if the time is not right, you can alway pick what attractions and times you want and adjust the times later.
Check again now - I was able to add the ROL show to my AK TP and discovered that park hours were updated as well!
