So I just had it happen to me. Selected an ILL for 7DMT for 9:50. Got all the way to the purchase screen with that time showing, and once I hit purchase it changed to 11:30. Not a good product experience at all.

Not long. Probably about 2 minutes to actually do it. Probably 8 minutes in total because the poor cast member was trying to give the person in front of me a lesson on Genie+ and ILL. I held my tongue.
