When to schedule extra half day - arrival? Or departure?

How far is your flight? The longer the commute, the more likely a delay will thwart arrival day plans.

3 hour flight plus I lose an hour for time change. Not as long as you, but long enough that a lengthy delay would interfere with my arrival day plans.
