What chance have we got of getting a view of wishes if we book dinner at Ohana at our 180 days ADR and what time would be best to book?

We booked a table at Rose & Crown last year in Epcot to watch fireworks but we got seated inside because everyone had the same idea at 730. :weary:

I plan to eat at Ohana sometime around 7 pm, and if necessary go watch the fireworks from the beach at the Poly.

Most of the seats at Ohana will have a some of a view, but Iā€™m not so sure about the ones in the back.
