FQ is always eligible for military discounts 
I discussed that possibility with my DD. If POFQ was not an option with the discount but other moderates were, we were staying with POFQ.

We got the discount on our end of March through beginning of April (yes I did decide to change from June for those who saw my previous June question post 
) at POR. But yes, I got the same page and the wait was 44 minutes.
I changed my may 3 night stay from PoP to ASsp. Saved a little over $100 with the AP discount. Still cost me $145 a night- for ALL STAR SPORTS!!
