Do WDW AP holders get any discounts or perks at Disneyland (California)?
Only if you hold the Premier Pass that gets you admission to Disneyland as well.
WDW-only passes, including the Platinum level do not.
The one exception I have sometimes noted in the past is early registration for west coast runDisney races, but, those are on hiatus until at least 2021.
