Has anyone been to Volcano Bay for early entry recently?

Are you able to get on a good number of slides?

What time should I get the bus from HRH?

We did it in April; took the bus about 8:20-8:30 from HRH, were among the first 25 or so waiting for opening for 9:00 early entry. We rode all of the big rides in that first hour, had done everything we wanted to do before noon.
