My husband is a firefighter and wants to visit one of the fire halls to trade patches. Has anyone ever visited the halls in the resort? Which one is best to visit? Any guidelines or advice for the visit would be great. In regards to getting there, we will have to rely on cab as we won’t have a car with us during our stay.

If you are you are up for a little walking, you can get to the fire hall on Buena Vista Drive (Fire Station #4) by walking from Downtown Disney. It’s about a half a mile and there’s no sidewalks along the shoulder, but I have seen people walking in the grassy shoulder around there. It’s also a really cool fire station – the sculpture out front is amazing!
