Can you see Celebrate the Magic & Electric Parade from California Grill? Also, how early should a person go to viewing area for fireworks?

In Oct 15 - 20 mins will see you able to pick whatever spot you want.

You can “see” CTM from CG because you can see the castle, but you’re so far away you can’t really see any of the details; just the castle changing colors. I’ve never specifically tried to see MSEP from CG, but based on the angle, I doubt you would see very much. And even if you did, it would be so far away that you wouldn’t really see much more than colored lights moving on MS.
