Upgrading aged-out child ticket (expires in 2030) to adult

Hello Liners!

We are planning a trip for late May 2022. I have a 6 day child PH ticket with an expiration of 2030 that I need to upgrade. I’m assuming since it’s linked to my now 14 year old daughter’s magic band, that it will not allow entry if she scans at the gate. Can DVC or Disney upgrade over the phone? If not, what time does the ticket window open at the gate?

You should be able to do it over the phone. Is there not an option in your account to upgrade?

No, there is no option on the website probably because they are not current.
