Upgrading a Universal AP

I currently have a two park Seasonal AP. But it’s blocked out for part of my upcoming trip and I need to upgrade it to a Power.

Two questions: Will they definitely do this? Will they charge me the full original difference in cost, or pro-rate it as I’ve had the AP for about a third of the year?

It’s not a huge difference in cost.

Yes, they will definitely upgrade you. They do not pro-rate.

Thanks. It’s only another $50. It also helps me in the summer as it unblocks July.

Can you upgrade on the phone, or do you have to be there in person?

My plan is to try to do it at the hotel.

Upgrades have to be handled in person.
