Upgraded Lines App to Disneyland - Can't see my plans

How do I see my Disneyland plans on the Lines app? I can only see my old WDW plans.
Lil’ help?

Disneyland is a separate Lines app from the WDW app. took me a minute to realize that when I upgraded, too!
