Universal Hours and the Hogwarts Lights

Hi all.

I see that the closing time for IoA on April 30th is currently 7pm, this would be too early for the Hogwarts lights. Is this likely to change or is it so early for a reason? We’re looking at doing both parks in a day so would likely change from this day if it stays the sam.

The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts™ Castle
Mar 11 – Mar 17: Ongoing from 8:30 pm to Park Close
Mar 18 – Mar 22: Ongoing from 8:30 pm to Park Close
Mar 24 – Mar 31: Ongoing from 8:30 pm to Park Close
April 1 – 12 : Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close
April 14: Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close
April 18 – 19: Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close
April 21 – 22: Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close
April 24 – 26: Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close
April 29: Ongoing from 8:45 pm to Park Close

They don’t yet have times posted for April 30, but based on these, they don’t appear to be doing weekends.

April 30th is a Monday though, so I wonder if there’s something else going on?

There might be a private event. Last time we went to US it shut at 6 because a company had hired it out.

Okay. I amend my statement. They don’t appear to be doing some Mondays. (I made two mistakes…using my work calendar as a reference, which actually lists the weeks as Monday through Sunday…and second, not actually looking through all the days, but only the most recent.)

I cannot tell you how many times I have messed myself up doing this in the past!
