When looking at touring plans hotel layouts, there’s many room categories that aren’t listed on the Disney website. Are there secret rooms? Are these rooms bookable if you call in? I’m looking at suites that pop up on touring plans hotel layouts but are never an option to book.
Yeah, they’re not always listed on Disney’s website. Call or contact a travel agent. You can definitely book them. Oh, and take pictures! We love pictures.

I tried calling in, but the CM just kept repeating “Ma’am, all the rooms we have available are online too.” I’ll try again later. It really is hit or miss with CMs.
