When staying at Lowes Royal Pacific and getting the resort Universal Express… A few questions,

Did they change express pass policy and now it’s available for the Potter rides and Kong?

Does it work for Race through NY or will we need to do the virtual queue?

Does it work for volcano bay for most/some/all of the rides? (I’ve never been to volcano bay)

1.Yes, EP is used for HP attractions.
2.Yes, you can enter Race through NY right away.
3.No, you can sometimes purchase a Volcano Bay EP but all your resort stay entitle you to is early entry.
