What is the best way to hop from HS to Typhoon Lagoon using Disney transportation?

Can you take Uber? You have to go to Disney Sorings to get to TL. You can walk/take the boat to Boardwalk or Swan/Dolphin. If it is after 4 you can take a direct bus to Disney Springs. Honestly, if Uber is an option that is the only choice.

Thanks! Helping a friend plan and yes, they can take an Uber. Was just hoping there was an easy Disney transportation option.
