I just looked at your profile and you’re showing as a leader. It’s all good.
The only thing I can find is a place to check under Badges>Leader. And it’s already checked and I can’t do anything with it. Please help, me sad. 
Ooops forgot a step.Under Profile go to preferences. There is a drop down for title. Leader should come up as an option. Click it and save the changes.
