Trouble Booking ADR

Yesterday I went to book my ADR. I went on Disney’s site and MDE on my phone and wasn’t able to make any reservations pass 60 days. I was able to book reservations within 60 days, but nothing after. I had to wait to 7:00 and make my reservations over the phone. I mentioned the issue and the cast member said it’s a known problem. I’ve never had a problem making ADR’s in the past. Has anyone else ever have this problem? Is there anything I can do to prevent this in the future?

Yes it happens all the time. There are complaints about it on chat basically every day. Usually either the website or the app will work, rarely both. Using a different browser can work, or incognito/private browser. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Trying a different device.

Sometimes nothing works.
