Trip report, 5 nights, 3 generations, old key west - resort info

Grandparents, parents, and two three year olds stayed in two bedroom OKW villa in Sept 2016. We had a trip booked under my account. Then free dining was offered, and we booked it under another account because we were unable to update the first reservation to get it. Despite several calls to link the accounts, and getting our magic bands and magical express tags, when we got to the resort, they could not find our reservation. We arrived around lunch, and after waiting a couple of hours in the hopes of getting a room near the hospitality house, we took a room in the 5600 group near the South Pond bus stop just to get the kids into a room. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms. The two bedroom was dated but very nice. We got 5614 which has two entrances into the master bath and the deck was surrounded by foliage. It was so hot we did not sit out there. It had Joffreys coffee and all the utensils we needed. There was a small pool Nd playground near the unit and it was a very short walk to the bus stop. We had a car, and we only took the bus when going to the Magic Kingdom. It was great to have the full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. The only issue we hAd was housekeeping. We did not get service. Few of the days because we were in the room for the kids afternoon nap when they came. We had called to communicate our desire for early morning service, but only when we explained our schedule to the housekeeper did we get service. We only experienced a full bus once when we were leaving a little later than usual.
