Someone on Mouseowners is saying only the Terrace was open last night.

I did see someone post and said they were up there and it was not just underwhelming but sad. Said it was just a basic drink cart. No real bar service. No food.

Yep, that’s what he said too. Just the cart.
When we were there a zillion years ago, the cart was to supplement the bar not to replace it. In fact I think there were two carts on the terrace.
