Covid restrictions aside, if things were fully back to normal: Topolinos breakfast or Café Cape May breakfast ? (Family of two adults and two kids who like characters and good food).
Absolutely Topolino’s. Great food and fun characters.
Topolino’s is also a prettier restaurant with nice views.

I agree w/ @Dreamer if I had to choose between the two and I’ve only been to Cape May. I can’t seem to get an ADR for tops 
but the pictures and reviews look great. If @Dreamer @Wahoohokie and @DumboRunner all recommend it, it’s gotta’ be good.

I hit 60 days out a week from Monday and it will be timebto grab my ADRs. Staying at Pop and rope dropping every morning, but will have time for breakfast on my EPCOT day.
I was planning Topolino’s, but Ale & Compass is an option as well. Which would you do?

The only time I would not recommend Topolinos as my first pick is if you explicitly wanted to eat in a park. Topolinos is just that good.
