Yes but it’s still the hardest table to get compared to the rest of Citywalk.

That is a really good description.

I’d put Toothsome in the category of “We always go once” but it isn’t good enough that we’d be disappointed if for some reason we didn’t make that once.

In fact I think the only food at Universal I’d be disappointed if I didn’t get once a trip would be the Butterbeer ice cream and the Mythos Tomato soup and Sandwich (sandwich served on the side).

On the other hand, we never regretted ordering anything. There probably is food there that I likely would have been disappointed in, but my research ahead kept us away from that. For example, I think donuts start to get stale in about 3 hours. So, we stayed away from VooDoo.

Nope! Hard Rock is. One must book using Open Table and they are picky if you don’t show up without prior cancelation.

Walk up to HRC or Toothsome for dinner or lunch and tell me how it goes.

Walkup is NOT a option for the most part. Maybe for lunch but dinner forget it. Book at least a day in advance. There are no cancelation fees such as Disney.
