Sounds like a great DLR trip; I really miss it out there. Hopefully I’ll be able to wrangle a work trip to SOCAL next year…

Totally not exaggerating when I say it was a bit heavy- I have so much respect for the winners that hoist them over their heads in triumph. It was for one of Walt’s wilderness documentaries. It’s been passed around to multiple tour groups apparently, so it needed some TLC and repainting over the past few years. Still, I finally got to practice my acceptance speech that I’ve been writing since I was 5…“I’d like to thank the Academy…”
