Waiting on hold, wishing I could cancel a room-only online with MDE as easily as I booked it!

That would be nice! The only way to cancel online is if you used a TA - then I just email mine when I need to change or cancel.
I found that calling the “cancellation” line took forever. I was on hold for over an hour listening to the awesome hold music (trying to get me to change my mind of course). I’ve had much better success calling the normal reservation line and no waiting on hold. Good luck!
It took me 3 tries to cancel. I lost patience on hold. Didn’t matter what time either. It wouldn’t be so bad if the hold music weren’t so choppy.
