To bring a stroller or not?

DH and I can swap up and I’m hoping to mainly use it when we are doing rides back to back in lines (where you park the stroller and do 3 or 4 things). I don’t have him all day, everyday but I am fairly used to holding him.

Going early December. Should be fine. But I’m used to holding him in 90 degree heat as well.

I was thinking more of like this…
Where I could undo the straps when needed.

Obviously he’s a bit bigger than the baby pictured. But I’m hoping for more of a front carry position. If not this, I’m sure I will be holding him on my hip an awful lot. I’m hoping this will help keep my back from taking all of the strain.

Please don’t do that; it’s terrible for your hips and your back. Kids should be held in the middle of your body with their weight distributed equally, preferably with their legs around your waist.

This is actually how I usually hold him. I put him on my hip if we are walking. But when we are still, he is generally facing me with my hands holding him under his butt for support. That is the most comfortable for both of us I think. I don’t ALWAYS hold him. I just see zero possibility of him standing on the ground in line. Walking, yes. he likes to walk, lol.

I like the one you chose because it seems to grow with the child and isn’t totally expensive. It will also keep you from ruining your hips.

He will also have his “backpack”. He puts it on himself when he wants to go walking.
