I will note that the initial “blame” for the stroller situation rests entirely on the baggage handlers at Logan in Boston. We had to drop it with the oversized bags (golf clubs, etc) and it somehow never got picked up and put on our plane. All of our regular bags did fine and even made the connection to Glasgow. Boston took their time putting it on another plane and then I think the bag joined the back of the loooooong line of already lost bags at Heathrow and it just took them 6+ weeks to get to it and ultimately just ship it back to Boston!
