How many of each tier FPP can you make each day? I can’t remember. And is there a list of attractions and what tier they are?
I believe Epcot and Hollywood Studios are the only two parks that have a tiered FPP system. This link explains: http://touringplans.com/walt-disney-world/fastpass
For those two parks, you can choose one from the 1st Tier and 2 from the 2nd. The lists of rides in each tier can also be found here:

In addition, you can start making additional FP reservations while you are in the park - after you use all three or once your last FP time slot has expired (whichever comes first).
