When I click on your link it says page not found.
Link is working for me, so I’m thinking if you haven’t been posting (or hearting) on the forum lately, you might not have full access to the La Cava section.
They have the forum set up so that it takes a little human activity before you can get into La Cava to prevent bots from going there.
If you use the search at the top of the forum and look for Convention Tickets Tip, do you see the thread in results? Can you get in that way?
If not, you might find an innocuous thread and heart a few posts etc so the forum software recognizes you as a human and not a bot. (I’m not sure how much activity is needed, maybe this interaction even helps?)

You have to be a Touring Plans subscriber to access La Cava.

Looking at their profile, they have a trust level of Member, which is same as I do and are in the Subscribers group. Wonder if there was just a forum glitch going on.

Anyone who creates an account can access La Cava. No need to buy a subscription.

You do need a touring plans account but a new user only needs a basic account (free). This is true for both the forum and chat on the app. The app used to be limited and you could not post or read more than the first few chats.
