Ticket Issue Help

Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or experienced something similar.

Mother inlaw is a Florida resident, was coming to Disney with us in 6 days and purchased our kids tickets. She had to have a stint put in 5 days ago and is stuck in bed.

I am calling at 6am est to talk with a manager, CM tonight read from a script and wasn’t helpful.

Is there anyway to get disney to honor the kids tickets?

I think the only thing you can do is call and ask.

I would try to activate the tickets at DS, before a park day. I would take my mother in law’s proof of residency and cc she purchased with, and the confirmation code. I would also have a doctor’s note.
