This is the Motel 6 on Disney Way. Jyst down the street from Disneyland and about 2 blicks from the Anaheim Garden Walk mall. We’ve stayed here the last few trips. $97.89 total with tax a night. They waved both $20 fees of early check in and parking!!

For OBB, if you have a ticket for DCA I recommend coming into park early and checking in at the event check in just past the Avengers Campus entrance. The 3pm OBB line to get in was crazy long. The regular entry line was walk right in.
