Still have that Beaches and Cream Grilled Cheese in my head, what is the best thing you've ever eaten at WDW?

For me, top 3 meals were:

  1. Pork belly Ramen at Tiffin’s
  2. Literally everything I could fit in my face at 'Ohana
  3. That marvelous grilled cheese sandwich

Agree! I first had it in '82 and it became my favorite. I finally had a chance to try it again in 2016 at Kona Cafe, and it was a total letdown. Nothing like I remembered. Not a fan of the current version.

Except the hummingbird cake, because of the persistently defective cake-to-ice-cream ratio™

Bwahahaha

Edit: screenshotting in case this was not intentional. I assume you were being self deprecating but I think it would be even funnier if you forgot that the forum software did this.

I always order an extra scoop of ice cream when ordering cake / cookies / brownies or whatever at a place that doesn’t get this right.

This made me laugh when it came up in your trip report and again just now. Thanks for that. I needed the laugh.
