Can you use a Starbucks gift card at the Starbucks in MK? I know you cannot redeem any rewards there.

Yes you can.

Also, while you cannot use any rewards, you CAN collect reward points. So use that app!!

Thanks, I did not want to use my snack credits for that and I also am receiving gift cards.

Is the Starbucks any different (because it’s in WDW) or is it a standard Starbucks?

There are some Disney exclusive treats/snacks (like the Carrot Cake Cookie in the HS Starbucks) but otherwise standard.
