Total newb here. Is there a way to indicate on the plan that we will split up and get back together, and calculate the time appropriately? For example, one parent and kid will go do a ride little sister is too short for, while the other parent takes little sister to a character greet?
I don’t think so
I think you might need to make two separate plans in order to account for something like this.

Once you’ve made those 2 plans though, you could just keep the one with the longer wait and add a note that at this time parent and kid A will be doing X.
If you’re splitting up a lot, it could involve a lot of plans though.
