@LTinNC82 is correct to call and ask b/c I don’t know. Even though SoG is on WDW property it is run by the US Army for Rn’R. They have their own buses, but you can walk across the road to the Poly to grab Disney transportation there. When Magical Express was running SoG was not included. If you stay at the SoG and drive your own POV you will have to pay for parking at the parks. Their bus stop is with the other non-Disney buses. Here’s FAQ for other intel: FAQ :: Shades of Green

I do not know about SoG but from PoP to Swan we had to transfer our luggage ourselves.

I really like calling and asking. And if the answer seems odd, I’ll call again. I’ll call right before we leave to confirm, cause things change.
Also, it’s a really short walk to the Poly bus stop.
If it’s raining or looks like a storm, I’d probably grab a Poly bus from a park. The non-Disney bus stops rarely have cover.
