So, as you may know, I just pared down my trip and removed DD28. Somehow Disney thought she was the reservation holder, even though it’s in my name and email. She now has a ticket and I don’t. TA has to call into IT to fix it. If I lose my APRs, I’m going to be mad.

I think you’ll be fine. I have not heard of peoples park ressies being cancelled when they cancel their trip (and tickets). In fact it’s an ask that people go in and manually cancel them to free them up for others.
Now that being said I was the victim of some wicked frustrating park ressies cancellations that, in hind sight we’re related to a ticket type that had been changed in Covid (since the problem stopped happening once those tickets had been used). So Disney IT can screw anything up. But I’m hopeful for you here.
