Souvenir mug and split stay report

This has probably been discussed before, but thought I would report our experience for our current trip. It was a three-part trip. Stayed at BWV 4 nights, then Disney Fantasy for 3, and finally BLT for 2. I decided to buy the souvenir mug on day 1 of our trip, because it would be to my advantage even just for BWV. But I noticed when I would fill the mug at the Boardwalk Deli, the machine said I would have refills until Dec. 14. That makes 15 days total. The signs say for length of stay, but it appears it just does it for 15 days regardless.

So, if you are doing a split stay, go ahead and buy it on Day 1 for you entire trip! Also, in case folks weren’t aware, you can use it at ANY resort, not just the one you are staying at.

I figured many folks knew it already, but never harm in reporting latest experience since Disney likes to change things up from time to time!

I should have added that I did fill it today at BLT, in confirmation.

I like that you can use it at any resort. That used to not be a thing, I believe.

We bought our mugs on day 1 (11/1) at All Star Sports. I predominately got coffee and only occasionally looked at dates on the screens. Initially we saw 11/14. BUT - the last day of our trip (11/11) I got some soda for the car from our second stay and noticed the date was saying 11/21. I mentioned it and DD12 confirmed she had been seeing 11/21 “since we got here” (meaning hotel #2, which we check into on 11/6).
As always YMMV!

ETA - did you discuss your Fantasy cruise anywhere? Did I miss that?
