Soarin’ Across America

I’m just hoping it stays for a year, not going til spring 2027 but would really like to see this! :crossed_fingers: Haven’t heard any rumors as to how long it’ll be showing.

They haven’t announced…but since this was created for the nation’s 250th, I’m going to guess it will be for at least the full year. But, just to be certain, even though we had already planned to go in May 2027, we decided to add a short trip in August just for this. I mean, who can complain about MORE time at WDW??

My guess is that they will decide based on how popular it is. Presumably it is good enough to keep at least a year but if for some reason it was widely panned, they may ditch it sooner.

I’m also going to avoid watching it, because I’ll be in Epcot in just two weeks(!), but I’m so excited for this version of the ride. America is such a beautiful and geographically diverse country.

We finally got to see it today. This was our Soarin’ Across America trip.

I rank it slightly better than Soarin’ Around the World, but my wife ranks it worse. Way too much CGI (still), for one. My other complaints would involve spoilers. But all it all Soarin’ Over California is still the clear winner.

Saw it today for the second time. I really like it, but wish they had made it more unique - maybe different music or new smells instead of putting the same smells into different scenes. And, am I the only one for whom the train and music accompanying it evokes the Hogwarts Express?

I saw it three times in June. I actually liked it more each time. I think I agree with you @ryan1 that it is #2 for me behind California but I am unsure if it would move up if I did it more.
