How did they work out in the end? Do we have data on how evenly they cook you during hot weather?
Or was that just — as we call it over here — Project Fear?

I’ve heard very few complaints about the actual ride beyond that first fiasco the month they opened. Good cross breeze keeps you cool. Probably nicer in the winter, but you can’t have everything.
We did not ride it on a hot day, but there are a bunch of vents, so you get a significant breeze if you open them all.
We rode it in August and it was lovely. Plenty of ventilation.
That cross breeze is very nice…even in above 90 degree temps and super hot sun when they start moving it feels great! If they stop they get warm but not like sitting in a car in summer with the windows rolled up hot.
We rode them during 103 degree days. They actually felt quite cool. A relief from the sun, really.
BUT… you might have to open the vents yourself like we did one day. BC when they are closed it will get warm.
Rode them December 2019 and October/November 2020. I love them and the breeze was nice.
Rode last March with highs in the upper 80’s. Cars were very breezy. Absolutely love the Skyliner!
