We got 6-nights at BC, tickets (1 park a day+1 waterpark) for 2 adults and nothing else for $3100.

This looks like a pretty good deal!

For our April 2018 trip at Boardwalk, family of 5 (technically 4 adults and 1 kid by Disney standard), we were approx $4500 for 6 nights, 6 day parkhopper.
