The parks early entry can be quite early - does the skyliner always open on time?
In winter months sometimes no, if the cables are ?frosted ?wet. Not sure the specifics but in cold weather sometimes it opens later. But otherwise yes, it’s generally up and running early in the morning and on time.

Any idea what time it starts working to go to the parks?
Was there 3 weeks ago. Stayed at CBR. Skyliner was always moving by 630 am. Don’t know if people could ride then, but I had no issues getting on at 6:55 am. Plenty of time to be at DHS tapstiles by 7:15 and EPCOT IG by 730…
