I’ve never been to WDW before; I’ve only been Disneyland. I’m wondering about the terrain–is it hill-y? TIA!

Nope, Orlando is as flat as can be.

Except for the monorail ramps. I wouldn’t want to push a wheelchair up or down one. I have pushed a stroller and it was okay, but a lot of effort.
Disney has done an excellent job of masking inclines (except for monorail ramps as @Ariadne mentions!). Aside from those, the inclines are very subtle. Unless you ride a surrey bike around the boardwalk… Suddenly a little hill turns into a mountain!
