Haha! Umm… noooo, I don’t think I did. 
But basically, I ended up creating a bowl of very expensive butter that did not resemble clotted cream in the slightest and took longer than a flight from Seattle to London (via Reykjavik) to make. So rather than try again and risk wasting my hard-earned money on such a pricey experiment, I’m just going back to England for 12 days in May to buy the real thing. Oh, wait…
