Does Shades of Green do room requests? There was no option on touring plans for my upcoming trip.
Touring Plans only does room requests (and room finder / views from the room) for truly Disney owned and operated hotels.
You can either put a note directly on your reservation through the Shades website, or call and have them add the note for you.
