Smile and explain the situation 
if others can get a party created w/o all present, I hope you can too. CMs respond well to cheerful. They get too much negative lately.

Completely agree. I am always big on then ‘I really appreciate the assistance’ and ‘anything you can do to help would be wonderful’. Amazing how far a little kindness will get you.

I agree too. I always try make their day a little better just as they always try to do the same for me.
We just renewed our DAS on Friday. We had six of the seven people in our group with us. Told the CM at HS Guest Services that we were renewing the DAS and she asked who we had with us. We told her all seven people in our group. She never asked to see all of the seven people. Four of us were up near the counter, two of us were a ways away in the shade. The last person had not gotten down to Orlando yet.
